The grill and cabinet assembly are very sturdy. The biggest gripe is that the wheels are cheep. It's difficult to maneuver on rough concrete or stone.

Assembly was easy. Quality on this product is outstanding. This is the second Weber grill that I have owned. I had a Kenmore for 6 years that just did not perform at all. I am glad to have my Weber back.
