The new, cheaper Pixel Buds are a much better buy.

Sound quality just as good as regular Pixel Buds ; Improved comfort ; Retains IPX4 water resistance and features like ear detect despite low price

Some audio cutouts remain ; Ear hooks are nonremovable ; No more swipe controls for volume
