Died in 6 months

I purchased this headset in June, as of December the microphone has stopped working. I emailed Logitech for a warranty claim a week ago and have heard nothing. Very disappointing overall. You get what you pay for!

It was not more than 4 months before the left ear stopped working, and the head set does not like to stay on very well, it does not have any inward gripping force so if you turn your head down or too far to the left or right it tends to slip off
