Panasonic ErgoFit RP-TCM125 (review): The cost-effective Apple EarPod replacement

While the $12 ErgoFit RP-TCM125 earphones don't measure up sound-wise to the cheaper RP-HJE120, they sound respectable for the budget price tag and include a one-button inline/remote microphone.

The ; are inexpensive and sound decent for their measly price. They also offer a comfortable fit and have a one-button inline remote/microphone for making cell-phone calls.

The thin cord has a tendency to tangle easily; the headphones don't seem incredibly durable; and they don't offer as much clarity as the step-down RP-HJE120s.

While the ErgoFit RP-TCM125 doesn't sound as good as the cheaper RP-HJE120, it still sounds respectable for its budget price tag and includes a one-button inline/remote microphone.

Panasonic RP-TCM125 Ergofit Earbuds Review

Next time you need good and cheap earbuds on the fly, pick up the Panasonic RP-TCM125 Ergofit earbuds. They have a thin-and-light design that makes them a no-brainer for commuting, comfortable and secure ear inserts that pull double-duty and block out...

Lightweight, colorful design ; Secure, flexible ear inserts ; Good overall audio quality ; Inexpensive

Highs and mids could be crisper ; No volume controls on inline remote

The $10 Panasonic RP-TCM125 Ergofit earbuds are ultracheap and ultracomfortable, and provide good sound quality for the price.

Best in comfort and fit with good sound

Found these through Wirecutter website ; Great earphones for the price

The sound is not great but good enough at this price point

Consumer review (newegg.com)

good for music

Pretty good sound quality, especially given the cost. Many more expensive models fail to perform as well. Microphone is pretty sharp as well, under the right conditions. See cons

The mic hangs a little below the top of the shoulder, and as such doesn't really get much unless you hold it directly in front of your mouth or get accustomed to talking into your shoulder. If you really bellowed, it would be audible to the other...

Great value for good sound

" I've had more expensive in-ear headphones from different brands and these sound great at a great price. Quality is fine. They're light so you can't be reckless but you don't have to baby them. "

Inexpensive , good sound quality
