Nuheara IQbuds Boost review: Fine tune and augment your hearing experience

These Bluetooth headphones sound great with music, and they can help compensate for minor hearing loss. Think of them as hearing aid lite.

Clear and sharp sound across the frequency spectrum ; You can custom-mix ambient sound with Bluetooth-streamed sound ; Hearing test independently adjusts the EQ for your left and right ears

Can't compensate for major hearing loss ; Too expensive if all you seek is situational awareness while wearing earbuds ; Nuheara doesn't provide an AC adapter for its charging case

Without FDA approval, the IQbuds Boost can’t be sold as a hearing aid. But there’s no law saying I can’t point to that out as a possible application, or that those with mild hearing loss shouldn’t give them a shot. If you just want earbuds that mix...

Nuheara IQbuds Boost review: Improved design with new features but dat price?

Wire-free earbuds are here to stay, like them or not, and Nuheara is back with the follow up to their IQbuds, the Nuheara IQbuds Boost.

Unique design is improved ; Produces very nice quality sound ; Easy to setup ; App and software offer good options ; Battery life is still solid

$499USD is a lot of dough and while there's a lot to like about these earbuds, the price is truly hard to swallow. ; No USB-C charging

Overall, the Nuheara IQbuds Boost are some amazing earbuds. They produce some quality sound, have great features like SINC and Focus that are actually useful in the real world. I think EarID might be a hit or miss with many but the price is certainly...

Nuheara IQbuds review: One of the best wire-free options available

As more and more options start to emerge in the wire-free earbud market, the Nuheara IQbuds are simply one of the best on the market now.

Unique design ; Great sound ; Easy setup ; Nice software options ; Good battery life

Pricey ; Once in a great while one bud cuts out from the other

With the wire-free earbud market heating up, the Nuheara IQbuds are worth checking out if you’re looking for some specialized software and hardware features. If you’re just wanting a basic pair of wire-free buds, the $299.99 price tag may be a bit much.

Nuheara IQbuds Boost true wireless earphones review: Meh as both music players and hearing aids

These true wireless earbuds play streaming audio and can even function like hearing aids. But they still can't justify a seriously steep price tag.

pleasant, but mediocre sound quality ; Long battery life ; audio augmentation for thousands less than the price of many hearing aids

Underwhelming bass ; Large battery case foils portability ; Occasional connectivity issues ; Uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time ; firmware updates require a computer ; Expensive

Nuheara IQbuds True Wireless Earbuds Review – Buds That Actually Boost Your Hearing

When we first started seeing true wireless earbuds, there were two kinds — buds like the Jabra Elite Sport built for fitness tracking and buds like the Apple AirPods made for everyday use. We might now be seeing a third — buds that use microphones and...

Will actually give you super hearing, responsive touch controls, good noise blocking for earbuds, decent battery life, secure fit, tons of customization options in the app

Audio quality is middle of the road for true wireless earbuds, amplified background noise can be a little muddled, hard to get used to if you don’t feel comfortable talking to others while wearing earbuds

Nuheara IQbuds Boost

Quality and connection are good and the sound calibration according to one's hearing health is quite useful as I have partial hearing loss on my right ear.

I have these in when i am running and they are so good.

I have these earphone buds in when I am running and they are so good. I cannot tolerate over the ear headphones due to a childhood injury and therefore this device makes a welcome change to other earbuds, which I have found extremely uncomfortable to...

Poor product for hearing impaired

I was very hopeful to get my mum a set of aids that would help her in Face Time or Skype with friends and family all over the world. Unfortunately, it was OK to listen to music but absolutely hopeless in improving hearing when communicating either...

Excellent product

I received these as a birthday gift. They are fantastic in sound quality and technology. They don't fit my ears very well but do come with a range of different sized plugs and have foam ones as an alternative which are much better but still not a...
