There are a many headsets you might want to consider using with your PC. If you regularly listen to music or play games, then a standard headset will do. But if you want to use VoIP as part of those games, or regularly use a VoIP application such as...
Comfortable, good sound quality, adjustability of mic, volume controls on headset, price
USB only, lacks external noise isolation
We love it when we get something that does exactly what it sets out to do. The Plantronics .Audio 655 typifies this, providing a great all round headset for using with your PC or Mac. Unlike some devices there isn't an adapter to let you connect this...

Ideal for regular Skype users with adequate fidelity for music and gaming
There are cheaper Skype headsets on the market – including the original 625 model, which is still available – but the .Audio 655 works well and provides very good audio quality for anyone that uses Skype a lot. It also provides decent – if not...

Recommend getting the Plantronics .Audio 646 instead. I bought it at the same time as the 655 thinking the 646 would be my "throw into the laptop bag" extra pair, but it turns out I like their design way better than the 655, and they are half the price.
I generally like Plantronics headsets (both USB and non-USB), and these do seem like they're of a quality that agrees with the price point.
In addition to being "bigger" on-ear headphones, I thought the microphone mute feature (being able to swing the microphone boom up and out of the way, which also places it into "mute" mode) could be beneficial. But in practice, the amount distance I...

When it comes down to it, when (not if) this headset breaks I will be replacing them with something else. Thankfully I got them as a gift and didn't waste my money. Truthfully my official opinion of this headset is that they are just TERRIBLE and I...
-Very good audio range, a lot of bass for headphones that I find impressive. -Plug and play, no drivers needed (Windows 7, 8, and 10.)
-Audio!! The audio range may be great but WOW the quality is terrible! There is popping, random buzzing, and other strange noises that you would expect from low quality audio (and it gets worse the higher the volume is) - 16 bit at 44100 Hz, CD quality...

For the price I could have bought some used g930's, probably going to return.
They're headphones
Small speakers, hurt ears after wearing them for a short while.

These headphones work well with the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound driver installed via the Razer Synapse program. While I had to adjust the EQ settings, lowered bass, slightly higher treb, etc... I was able to get these headphones to work very well for...

Sounds great, I've used the DSP series headsets for over 12 years in competitive CS and you can hear through walls like none other
This newest generation keeps snapping, cheap plastic. These are nothing like the legendary DSP500s (which NEED to be brought back btw)
