Decent for the price

 

For the price, these are pretty good headsets for occasional use. If you need something that you would need to wear for an entire shift, you would probably want to invest in a better model.

Lightweight headset that provides clear audio. Easy to install

Headset cord tangles easily. Phone connection cable too short

Good sound, bad cord

 

Great sound, comfortable headset. Evidently the sound on the receiving end is also ok

The cord to the headset gets twisted. Evidently I turn it around every time I hang it up so that eventually it is so twisted I can hardly get it to my head. That would be an easy fix, Plantronics

This is our second unit. My staff liked the first one so much they specifically asked for the same thing.

They seem happy with it and it was easy for them to figure out ; Little blue tip is helpful

Best headset I've never used

 

My voip project was suffering from a wee bit of budget creep. Had to buy some extra software I wasn't expecting... Fortunately, I had budgeted $150/headset hoping that would get me enough sound quality to satisfy my pickiest users whose approval was...

Inexpensive ; All in one package ; Good sound quality ; Broad compatibility

I didn't order enough....fixing that now :)

Does Not Receive Sound Well

 

These headsets feel a bit unstable on the ear, and the person on the other line has had trouble hearing all people in our office that have been using them. I am returning them to try another Plantronics model.
