We are using Ring DNA and it appears to be an issue with how to setup Mac mini and Savi440W for sound canceling. So far users are not happy, is there a way to make them work right, these are not cheap headsets?

This headset comes with lots of nice earpieces for a comfortable fit, but the battery life has been terrible. I'm lucky if I can make it through an hour call before it goes dead, even after charging it on the cradle all night. Very disappointed.

I give 2 stars because the headset works good but the dongle hinge quality is really bad.

I was so excited to get this beast... unfortunately it interfered heavily with my beast of a router... the two could not get along, and therefore the item had to be returned.
