I am still getting used to this product. But I have to say, I was very impressed with the help I received from your sales employee, they were very polite, patient and very helpful.

Can now understand all the words in a TV show. This works better than my hearing aid which is supposed to make words clearer. Can use this with or without hearing aid(s). Can use your choice of headphones/ear buds.
