Missing Subwoofer!

Hard to say who's to blame. UPS? Newegg? or Yamaha/Polk? I RMA'd it and I will post here again when, or if I get the complete package.

Fast delivery, but really no pros so far. I will update once I receive my full order.

First of all, I get a huge package that clearly has the "DSWpro600" Subwoofer pictured and labeled as one of the included components as newegg states. Opened it up and only had 5 boxes. 1x amplifier, 1x DVD, 1x five pack Speakers (4x rm101 1x rm202),...
