Bought it at sale price,so very good value. Good size water tank, not too heavy, plenty of steam, almost makes ironing a pleasure. Only critisism would be that the lead could be longer.

No problems with this. Had it some time now. Auto shut off is very useful when you need it, and saves you having a panic when you are out on the road and can't remember whether you switched it off! Very reassuring, and it works!

I have used this for my clothes for over a year now. It gets the job done but u have to regularly take a knife or scissor and peel off the layper of black burnt goo that collects near the front of the ironing surface just a couple of inches from the nose.
