Gear Head tech support was no help. I spoke with someone who spoke English as a first language (yay!), was trying to be helpful (yay!) but the bottom line is this product SUCKS!

The only thing I would change is that I wish it was taller, it would make it more comfortable.

The keypad that I purchased connected to my mac instantly and is wonderful. The numbers are easy to use and they are accurate. Great product.

The keypad works fine. Its inconvient but if your keyboard doesnt have this then it works fine. Feels cheap but it works so far. Its been only a week or so. Also there is a button with like 3 zeros on it and i press it often by accident and it gets...

My daughter was eagerly awaiting shipment of this product for use as an accounting student. However, when she opened the package, she was very disappointed that the Enter key was already jammed! It and the next key over will not work, so she will have...

It does what it's intended to....wish it was wireless though :-)

Wish I would have had this along time ago. Makes doing bookwork on laptop faster. Love it!

Very easy you plug it in and it works where numbers should be. Will help me get my bookkeeping done alittle faster having the number pad beside laptop instead of using keys at top of keyboard.

I very much so hated not having my numbers at the side of my laptop, only having them under the function keys. I'm proficient with them at my side. Doing my spreadsheets is so much faster now. I also love that it has a backspace button on it.
