Logitech Craft review: This $200 keyboard can do two things its competitors can't

The very useful Logitech Craft keyboard takes the concept behind the Surface Dial, a rotating controller, and pairs it with some preconfigured settings for popular apps.

Surface Dial-like knob adds productivity ; Can integrate with the powerful Logitech Flow software

1.8mm key travel feels a bit short for a desktop keyboard ; Keyboard slope isn't adjustable ; At over 2 pounds, it's bulky ; Turning on the backlight can run down the battery in as little as a week

Logitech clearly realizes it has something nearly unique in the Craft—a rarity in the peripherals market—and has priced it accordingly. Given that Microsoft’s Surface Dial alone costs $100, you can see why the company would value the Craft at $200,...

Logitech Craft

The Logitech Craft keyboard offers a unique way to streamline creative workflows, but its price is very high and the typing experience isn't terribly comfortable.

Excellent build quality. No flex. Specific keys for both Windows and macOS.

Expensive. Shallow key travel. No wrist rest. Short battery life.

Finally, despite its carefully sculpted keys and solid build quality, the Craft is disappointing at doing what high-end keyboards should do best: provide a comfortable typing platform. Gamers, writers, and anyone else who needs to mash buttons for...

Logitech Craft keyboard takes your creative side for a spin

We go fingers-on with Logitech's latest multidevice keyboard and its Crown, a dial for supplementing the controls in some Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office applications.

Logitech Craft keyboard review: Increased productivity for compatible apps

Logitech wants to help you be more creative, especially with Adobe apps, and the Craft keyboard should really help get you there.

Quality design ; Quality craftsmanship and materials ; Great throw to the chiclet keys ; Number pad ; Backlit ; Great productivity tool within some apps

Pricey ; Some apps may not work ; No adjustable feet

Logitech has a great product here, for now, it’s really only for those who have the apps that are compatible with Logitech Options. As the company continues to expand that list, it could become a must buy for many. For now, I’d totally recommend this...

Logitech Craft Wireless Keyboard Review

If you are editing photos, creating videos, and even doing animation you are a content creator and Logitech thinks they have the perfect keyboard for you, the

– Sleek and thin design ; – Very unique creative input dial ; – Really changes how you interact with your work-flow ; – Comfortable to type on

– Unable to edit the pre-set profiles ; – Keys can squeak sometimes

I have been using the Craft for the past few weeks and the biggest thing that I want to talk about is the creative input dial or crown. It really does change how you interact with what you are working on. So when using Adobe Premiere I can tap the...

Logitech Craft review: A slick keyboard combo that takes on the Surface Dial

It's not cheap, but Craft is well built and offers a great experience for creatives.

Logitech Craft Review and Ratings

Its "Crown" dial will entice users of some seminal Adobe and Microsoft applications, but in the Craft, much that we're accustomed to seeing in an expensive keyboard is AWOL. The price needs to fall.

Input dial is handy for some media-editing tasks ; Pairs with up to three devices ; Proximity-lighting feature

Pricey ; Shallow-press membrane keys ; Requires frequent recharging ; No extensible feet or wrist rest ; Utility reconfigures only a few keys

If you work with very popular media-editing programs that involve graphics (whether that's generating a newsletter in Microsoft Word, or creating elaborate raster images in Adobe Photoshop), the Craft's Crown dial can be an attractive tool. It is at...

Logitech Craft

Logitech Craft keyboard review: fantastic for creatives, but very expensive

Excellent for typing ; Can greatly enhance workflow ; Major applications supported

Very expensive ; Patchy media key support ; Limited functionality in unsupported apps ; No height adjustment

A step forward for productivity – but at great cost.

Logitech Craft review

Finally, a keyboard for the creative folk

Media control button ; Good actuation point ; Tactile key response ; Customizable for productivity

Limited access to software/apps ; Pricey

This isn’t any ordinary keyboard. This slim, minimalistic deck swaggers with potential thanks to a plethora of features made to improve productivity and assist creativity.

Logitech Craft review: A smarter, more-elegant keyboard for a more-civilized age

The Logitech Craft keeps things simple. It's a more balanced approach that hits all the right notes and an easy go-to, despite the higher price.

Smart lighting ; Minimalist aesthetics

Expensive ; With Dial functionality went further
