The Acer Aspire S7-393-7451 is a sleek and lightweight ultraportable laptop, but it's held back by a load of preinstalled software and a limited selection of ports.

The expensive S7 is priced well beyond most other touch-screen Windows 8 laptops. The touch pad is not as responsive as it should be.
