Acer TravelMate TM3002WTCi review: Acer TravelMate TM3002WTCi

Acer TravelMate TM3002WTCi

Lightweight case; fast performance; includes two batteries for extended life; wide keyboard; three USB 2.0 ports.

Lacks the latest security features; no port replicator included; tiny mouse buttons; limited tech-support hours.

An inexpensive business ultraportable, the TravelMate TM3002WTCi offers an appealing design, plus lots of speed and battery life, but it lacks some security features and support niceties.

Acer TravelMate 3200

The TravelMate 3200, Acer's first credible entry into the crowded thin-and-light category, is neither the thinnest nor the lightest corporate notebook around, but it covers all the essentials at the right price. The fully loaded configuration we tested...

Reasonable price; decent performance; adequate battery life; high-end graphics card for a thin-and-light; classy and light design.

Badly placed Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on/off switches; only one year of warranty protection.

The Acer TravelMate 3200 hits the mainstream business market dead center, delivering performance and features in a portable, well-priced package.

Acer TravelMate 8000 review: Acer TravelMate 8000

Acer TravelMate 8000

More than five hours of battery life; Bluetooth and Wi-Fi; three-in-one flash-card reader; good performance.

AC adapter needs three-prong outlet; one-year warranty.

An excellent assortment of features and long battery life combine to make the Acer TravelMate 8000 a good thin-and-light, but it's a half step behind the best on performance.

Review Acer TravelMate P253-M Notebook

Pussyfoot. Acer's TravelMate P253-M is supposed to be a "laptop for everyone". Our review reveals whether the combination of a matte, 15.6-inch screen, Core i3 processor and Windows 8 is enough to fulfill this promise.

Matte screen, Runs very quietly, 24 month warranty, Good application performance, The low operating noise and the matte screen

No USB 3.0, Battery life could be better, USB 3.0 ports

Acer TravelMate 3010

Superb performance for an ultra-portable. Great battery life. Small and lightweight. Six-cell and three-cell batteries included.

Screen is dark and drab. Bluetooth/Wi-Fi switches are too loose. DVD drive is external. Proprietary Acer software is annoying.

Acer's cheap and cheerful thin-and-light feels more like a high-end offering thanks to its stellar performance and battery life.

Acer TravelMate Vero review: An eco-friendly business laptop | IT PRO

Acer's new eco-laptop may not solve the climate emergency but it's a decent business laptop with its heart in the right place.

Eco-friendly design ; Distinctive styling ; Good speaker system

Mediocre display ; Poor webcam ; No memory card slot
