Review Dell Latitude E6520 i5/HD Notebook

Core Business. Productively focusing on your work is to be made possible with a Latitude E6520. In review: The basic version with an i5-2410M CPU, incorporated graphics and HD display. You can find out why "Very Good" was missed slightly in this review.

Very good input devices, AR treated display, Many interfaces including docking & E-module ports, Part of the interfaces on the rear, Wide opening hinges, Good battery runtimes, Low power consumption, Quiet and cool, The keyboard's clear key drop and...

Weak contrasts & viewing angles, High weight, Contrast and resolution – but that's available for a surcharge

Gadgetell Review: Dell Latitude E6520 noteboook

What is being reviewed? Up for review today is the Dell Latitude E6520, a 15 inch notebook that (if you ask us) is sporting a…

While we are not necessarily fans of the overall size of the notebook in terms of portability, that is something that would arrive with any 15.6 inch notebook. Not to mention, we suspect that plenty of notebook users rarely if ever take their computer...

Dell Latitude E6520 review

Dell's Latitude E6520 is a mainstream corporate laptop based on Intel's new generation of Core processors, offering a decent-sized screen and keyboard in addition to the security and management benefits of Intel's vPro technologies, plus a host of...

Sturdy build with magnesium alloy frame, large 15.6in display, good performance, comprehensive connectivity options

Heavy, relatively pricey

The Latitude E6520 is a sturdy, well-built corporate laptop that looks stylish and provides all the features required for a desktop replacement system. It's somewhat heavy, and pricey compared to some rivals, but should serve well as a mainstream...

Great for the money.

Great shape for a refurbished. I am very happy would have given 5 eggs if not for the cons below.

Did NOT have a web cam as advertised. Display has some streaks sometimes when scrolling through pages like facebook.

Okay product, annoying problems

The REAL cons I have with this purchase, that are not the fault of the laptop: The specs say this comes with Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit, and comes with a key for that, however, it came pre-installed with Windows 7 Home Premium. Okay, so it's...

-Not too bulky -Good specs for the price

-Resolution not listed until after I bought it in the Q&A (not incredibly important)

Consumer review (newegg.com)

so far so good

Looks great. I have the exact same series PC issued by my company which is now four years old so can compare it to this "new" refurb, and the refurb looks new. Dell does a clever job with a plastic skin over the original metalized cover to hide any...

Amazing for price

Very happy with this purchase, would recommend this laptop to anyone. Haven't tested battery life, only because it's replacing my desktop pc (yes it's worthy enough for that as I don't do any gaming).

1920 x 1080 resolution on a laptop, super fast because of the 128GB SSD and core i5 processor, 8GB of RAM! Also 15 in screen size is perfect! What more could you ask for in a notebook? This thing ended up being faster than my custom built desktop...

There will be some very minor scratched and scuff marks on the body of it (none on screen though). Mine were so minor that it wasn't even worth taking an egg off for. You also have to remember that it's refurbished.
