No good points, the laptop is useless and worthless and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, I am disappointed with the product as a whole

It is slow, it keeps crashing, it doesn't do what you want it to do, the internet doesn't work properly even though I have had the internet checked with my provider, the laptop as a whole is useless, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, I am disappointed...

Did not realise that it did not have a cd dvd rom

Once this laptop is up and running it works great Gaming apps Web cam is clear Music is crystal clear

It's Slow Doesn't let you browse straight away all the time. Windows 8.1 is hard to use. Mcafee takes ages to scan Can't get rid of rocket tab Can't Skype without logging onto Microsoft account

like Toshiba had one before

this one runs very bad and slow freeze Toshiba needs to fix it or replace it not happy at all my old laptop runs bit better and faster

Very slow connecting to Internet etc and we have quite fast speed internet

great to use.
