Well the operating system,memory and performance is great.

The mouse is rather bad as it has a textured surface and difficult to get used to and not very sensitive to the finger.xx

mouse scroll is hard to get used to as only about a millimeter wide,so prob a good laptop for a woman. I was told it did indeed have a webcam and this is why i bought it,however it hasnt got one and have been refused an additional one to make up for...

have trouble starting it up,script error keeps popping up and sometimes crashes
