Evesham Lightbook

 

You can buy a capable notebook for around £400, so why would you spend £1,000 on Evesham's Lightbook? Notebook pricing is strange, with a standard 14 or 15in machine commanding an entry-level price

Very light and portable, Superb battery life, Strong performer

Very pricey

While it costs a bomb, the Evesham really does deliver on weight and functionality

Evesham Lightbook review

 

The Lightbook is easily the lightest notebook in this group, but it feels fragile and is far slower than the other computers.

The Lightbook's long battery life and light chassis will be appealing if you often work on the move, but its performance is limited. Regular travellers will need to invest in a sturdy case to protect it, and this will add weight.
