Review MSI FX600 Notebook

Quadrophony. The new all-rounder series is technologically on the cutting edge with an i5 CPU and should also cope with games. A real novelty is the sound system with four loudspeakers. The structural finish puts scratches and fingerprints into the past.

Low energy consumption, Cool case, Good sound, Insusceptible surfaces, We tested connecting external loudspeakers to two active Yamaha speakers (YST-M20SDP). The listening test is positive; we can't hear any electronic noise . If you want to play it...

Loud under load, Low contrast, Display lacks anti-glare coating, Slow hard disk, Low gaming performance, Spongy keyboard, A stronger battery would have also helped Optimus on the road to success. As it was, the technology is only capable in this case...

MSI FX600 - Making Multimedia Sense

MSI's 15.6-inch multimedia notebook machine, the FX600, may look bland without the flashy looks, but under this hood lies a machine that should appeal to the movie junkies as it houses a full HD screen and multi-channel audio at an affordable price....

MSI FX600 Review

The MSI FX600 is clearly a good performer within the Rs. 45,000 price bracket. Although, MSI has adopted the cost-cutting mantra with an ordinary build-quality, the FX600 more than makes up with the consistent performance across all synthetic...

Ergonomic keypad, THX TruStudio PRO certified four-speaker system, Includes eSATA USB combo port

Shoddy touchpad, Ordinary display build quality, Low battery-life

MSI FX600 Lightweight Multimedia Notebook

The FX600 is a well-balanced notebook at a reasonable price. It will work well for general productivity and/or school work at home, in the office, or on the go, but don't expect to spend extended amounts of time away from a plug. It's also well suited...

MSI FX600 15.6in notebook

A stylish, well built MSI laptop with good graphics performance and NVIDIA's Optimus technology

Nice styling, excellent touchpad, dual graphics cards, good speed

Only 2GB RAM, screen has poor vertical viewing angles, no easy way to manually switch between graphics cards

MSI's FX600 possesses good speed and is a reasonable model to consider if you want a gaming laptop. It also looks good and is comfortable to use -- its touchpad is among the best we've used. However, it only has 2GB of RAM and NVIDIA's Optimus dual...

MSI FX600-007UK review

MSI's ambitious attempt at a sub-£500 gaming laptop comes in the form of the rather attractive MSI FX600-007UK.

It delivers good gaming results and satisfactory overall performance combined with high-build quality and decent ergonomics, but fails to match up to the fearsome performance and specification of Medion’s Akoya P6624.
