first and foremost this model has a fault with the hardware where some of the keys stop working after a while. After quick research it appears to be a common fault with this type and no fix. other than that the main let downs are the chrome OS its...

some of the letter keys didn't work for a while: n, m, h, j, y, u, around the same area on the keyboard pad. However they started to work and have been fine since.

Keyboard letters often don't work making the item impossible to use.

fast and very high performance, long life battery, good price

Took a bit of getting used to but it's my prefered choice now.
