Quick start up & links; pre-service at Curry's .

Curry's set up service extremely poor, had to travel 4 times to the outlet before the laptop setup was complete.

its a good laptop for the price

i was not told it was upgraded from windows 7 to 10, but it works ok.

Really disappointed that it doesn't have Microsoft word and the DVD player doesn't work rip off as they want you to buy more software

Light weight and has a nice design and look to it.

Incredibly slow, even just after I had finished setting up. Takes a while to start up as well. Slight delay when typing and the speaking are not very good at all.

It's sooooo slow

Really good battery life and boots up quickly, ready to use almost instantly. Good screen and runs several programmes at once so can flick between. Good on line support if needed.

I prefer a 'real' mouse as the touch pad is so responsive it keeps change the font size and zooming in and out with the 'pinch' feature (which can be disabled but re-enables every time you switch on again).

The laptop is great for operation and value

Beware of free trial software on machine such as antivirus. These are basic, time limited programmes and do not action all viruses. When trial finishes, some viruses remain which can be expensive to delete and if left can cause hassle.
