Lenovo ThinkPad X260 review

The X260 sticks to the ThinkPad script, for better or worse.

Lenovo ThinkPad X260

A dual-battery design for record-breaking battery life, a comfortable keyboard, and a good price combine to make the Lenovo ThinkPad X260 one of the most compelling business ultraportables you can buy.

Dual-, hot-swappable batteries mean more than 23 hours of continuous battery life. Fine performance for category. Partially rugged design.

Display is a bit small. A little bulky for an ultraportable. No USB-C port. Fairly short warranty.

Conclusions If you want a truly eye-popping ultraportable, you can find it in releases like the Asus ZenBook 3 or the Apple MacBook, but those machines require you to make some sacrifices in terms of usability, configurability, and durability that are...

Lenovo X260 Laptop Review: Insanely long battery life

If you liked Lenovo 's X250 laptop, you'll love its newer X260 model. All the best things about the X250 are back in Lenovo's X260, including the crazy long battery life that can, in some cases, get users through a full day of work with charge to...

Incredible multi-day battery life ; Exceptional durability ; Small, lightweight ultrabook design ; Great keyboard for typists ; Multiple hardware configurations offered

No touchscreen option

Lenovo has long had a winner with this particular X lineup model, and that truth remains for the X260. There’s nothing to dislike about this iteration unless you want a touchscreen display. Laptops are, at their foundation, meant to be portable, and...

Lenovo ThinkPad X260

Lenovo looks to balance power, portability, and build quality with its ThinkPad X260. If they get it right, then it should appeal to frequent business travelers. If not, there are plenty of other options on the market.

Great build quality, balanced with portability ; Decent keyboard ; Plenty of ports ; Good battery

Lenovo ThinkPad X260 (Core i7, FHD) Subnotebook Review

Mobile Office. Lenovo's small subnotebook is noteworthy for its very decent keyboard and long battery life. An LTE modem allows access to the Internet while on-the-go. All things considered, the ThinkPad X260 is a solid offering.

matte IPS display ; Full-HD resolution ; excellent keyboard ; long battery life ; fast SSD ; LTE modem ; 3-year warranty

only one RAM slot ; no maintenance cover

Lenovo's Thinkpad X260 is a thoroughly executed and solid 12.5-inch business notebook. The X260 we reviewed not long ago was an entry-level machine; the review notebook on the other hand is the top-of-the-line model in the series. The build quality is...

Lenovo ThinkPad X260 (Core i5, WXGA) Notebook Review

Small typewriter. Lenovo's new 12.5-inch ThinkPad X260 mobilizes the office and convinces in many regards. Still, it cannot manage to secure the top spot for business subnotebooks, despite the good concept.

keyboard ; hot-swap battery ; sturdy construction ; security features

build quality issues ; no maintenance hatches ; only single-channel memory

"Optimized for Business". Lenovo uses these words to describe the new Lenovo ThinkPad X260. We can confirm this statement in many respects. This starts with the chassis, where we meet a good amount of build quality and sturdiness. The certified...

Lenovo ThinkPad X260 review: Ultrabook with solid performance, insane battery life

Sometimes you just need to get work done. In this Lenovo ThinkPad X260 review I'll talk about how this ultrabook entrant into the ThinkPad lineup performs.

Solid construction, crazy good battery life, good performance for an ultrabook.

Speakers and integrated graphics are disappointing, but this is definitely more of a work machine.

If you’re looking for a compact laptop with good power and incredible battery life, the Lenovo ThinkPad X260 deserves a look. It is a solid piece of hardware, and the battery will carry you through nearly an entire day of usage.

Lenovo ThinkPad X260

The Lenovo ThinkPad X260 is a 12.5" business Ultrabook with plenty of ports, Lenovo's Power Bridge Battery system and 6th generation Intel Core i3, i5 and i7 CPUs options. The 2.9 lb. laptop may not be the skinniest, but it offers creature comforts...
