The LG gram-14Z950 sports a gorgeous display and a sleek, light design, but flimsy build quality in this high-end ultraportable laptop is disappointing, and overall performance and battery life are moderate at best.
Very lightweight design. In-Plane Switching (IPS) display is sharp and bright, with wide viewing angles.
Case feels flimsy. Noticeable flex on the keyboard, bottom panel, and lid. No keyboard backlighting. Average performance in testing.
Conclusion The LG gram-14Z950 has a a lightweight, sleek-looking design with a high-quality display. Performance overall, though, is underwhelming, at about, or slightly above average in most tests. Unfortunately, the most glaring issue—the obvious...

This new-to-you laptop brand offers a premium experience, but also a premium price.
The LG Gram 14 is amazingly light for a 14-inch laptop with a powerful Core i7 processor. The champagne gold color helps it stand out in a crowd.
Missing some key features for a laptop in this price range, including a touch screen, higher resolution options and a backlit keyboard. Battery life is unimpressive, and the body on our review unit was creaky.

LG is one of the most innovative companies in the world, but you wouldn't know it by looking at its products. Forever oscillating between frumpy, plasticky, and gimmicky, LG's industrial design is...
The most portable 14-inch laptop around ; Very good display ; Windows 10, unadulterated
Dire battery life ; No backlit keyboard ; Flimsy construction ; Screen wobbles as you type

Are you looking for a super portable notebook? The gram 14 is just 999g.
Generally good performance ; Good build and very light ; Good selection of ports ; MIL-STD-810G certification ; Impressive battery life
Performance throttling can be quite severe ; Keyboard feel slightly cramped ; Display resolution could be better
