Neon colour choices like orange, pink and green, light refracting lid patterns and removable rubber keyboard covers are but some of the quirky touches that make this 14in laptop stand out.

Colours to suit every taste ; Rubber keyboard covers a neat idea ; Decent, backlit chiclet keyboard ; Two-year warranty as standard ; Fairly good 14in screen

Poor battery life ; Design is a matter of taste ; Doesn't excel in any field

Sony VAIO C-Series review

Do Sony's dayglo laptops put style before substance?

Startling design ; Nice screen ; Usability ; Great for kids ; Very solid

Awful battery life ; Poor performance ; Too pricey ; Design may put some off ; Poor speakers

Affordable machine for the performance and connectivity. Backlit keyboard.

Screen has a slight blue/purple cast.

If you need a moderately powered laptop, the Sony Vaio C Series will deliver what you need — so long as you're a fan of DayGlo finishes.

If battery life isn't an issue, however, there's a lot to like about the Sony VAIO C Series. Well made and well designed, these bright laptops really do make a pleasant change. Sony VAIO C Series is tagged with Sony, Sony VAIO C Series and laptops....
