Very good product, which I have enjoyed using, design is very good and sturdy and I would recommend this product.

I had to reinstall windows 8 twice in 9 days, phoned store, would not accept return as was a software issue, as well as a couple of other small issues - Sony - NEVER AGAIN - Everyone is always saying that DELL is unreliable, I had a DELL before this...

Touch pad too far over to left for myself as right handed as keep engaging other 'Pad' facilities. Have had to resort to cordless mouse to stop myself throwing laptop against the wall.

I'm very pleased with the machine now. It's quick and reliable.

Sadly the hard disk had to be replaced. When I initially contacted Sony with the issue I was fobbed off. When I again contacted them all was fixed within a week.

None, I do not believe that it is any better than my Compaq Presario V6000, which is about 3 years old.

I believe that some of the issues are associated with the Windows 8 operating system and I'll need to adapt, however :- The touchpad is very sensitive, go close to it and thing's just happen (back to Windows / shrink or enlarge the script, etc etc )....

Not many. The laptop is very sleek and curved, which Sony say makes it easy to carry. I have very large hands and actually find it a bit too hard to grasp firmly. The all in one touchpad with gesture control and no click buttons takes some getting used...
