Well designed robust product.

Comes with windows 8 and will not upgrade to windows 8.1. and windows will not configure updates. These faults are spoiling an otherwise good product.

Works extremely well, fast and efficient.

Don't like the new windows system. Touch pad very sensitive , often opens apps with only the lightest touch when they are not required. Come pre-loaded with rubbish apps ebay etc why?
