Really easy to use...easy open, turn on/off. Fast start up. So far really good downloads and sony support. All pre installed programs are really good.

My Sony is simple to operate, and the keyboard is beautiful enough to behold. Risk of breakdown is notably minimised; whatever specs have been stated by Sony is what one gets in the entire hardware.

I am yet to identify any.
