connection where plug connects came loose on my friends but sony sent a courier and fixed it no problem whatsoever, it is also a bit big and heavy but what do you expect when you get such a quality laptop with a big screen

Very slow product - I dont think it has enough memory to work vista - I have had to turn off all extensions to get it to run at any pace

Excellent for watching films and television - good colour and contrast. Very clear graphics for documents. Supurb clarity for photographs and videos.

Sleek well laid-out laptop, good screen brightness and colour, responsive touchpad and keys

Excellent 16" wide screen with a resolution of 1600x900. Beautiful design and solid construction. Excellent package of software include, and represent good value and quality.

Inconsistent wireless connections are a little frustrating. The wireless will not allways resume connection once the laptop has been turned on or aftre standby. Resloved quickly though with a manual wireless switch on the front of totoshop and unit....
