Sony Vaio VPC-CB3P1E

Programs quickly, and external devices run well. The Viao structure I like, but tend to turn it off when running graphics.

No EOM software supplied with the laptop. It runs badly on Windows 8. No update software is available to run it on Windows 8. These points help shorten the useful lifespan of the laptop.

A relatively fast CPU; 1080p HD LED screen; Blu-ray drive

Heavy weight; NO SUPPORT for drivers under Windows 8: this model is equipped with dual Intel/AMD graphics cards. But after upgrade to Windows 8 only Intel card can be used because Sony doesn't care to provide up-to-date drivers any more. -- HORRIBLE...

A very good computer, albeit, my first laptop.I'm a fan of Sony products, anyway, and this computer has done nothing to change that view. No company, or product is pefect or infallible, therefore 10 would not be an option. Therefore, to reiterate, the...

None worth mentioning. Perhaps battery life could improve, but I suspect that's an issue with all mobile devices.

I can't get the battery to 100% charge - I understand why it only charges to 80% normally but how do I get it to charge fully when needed? Still not sure about offset touchpad and buttons Some of the software is on 30 day trial, on my last Sony I got...

Appears to be well made. Keyboard has good feel. Performance is good for general use and photo editing.

Cost more than competition. This is OK if it is more reliable but it is too soon to know if this is the case. ASSIST feature did not work when laptop was installed but program download suggested by tech support fixed problem.
