Blue ray player and a decent sixed screen

Windows media player always runs slowly and almosat always the videos stop after a few seconds making it impossible to use.

really fast boot up.. very fast & stable performance.. great built in software..

ive experienced a few crashes since ive made my purchase resulting in the blue screen error.. but other than that.. laptop is pretty solid

Short battery life and battery seems to discharge when switched off over even a couple of days. Too much pre-loaded software that is of little use, taking up memory. Could be a better specification for the money compared to other makes.

It's amazingly quick and the Solid State really makes a huge difference to load-up times for applications etc. The finger-print recognition never gets old either!

The battery is lucky to last an hour, but that's the only major downfall.

Machine failed in first two months with a hard disk sector error that meant the machine needed to be looked at by an IT professional. Design poor as plastic cover on lefthand side of machine keep catching and seems to serve no purpose. Lid does not...
