simple and functional

very slow with all the windows 10 stuff even stopping them running its slow and there restarted, head phones jack is faulty i never use this so i can do without

Slow to load, touch pad very poor makes it slow, cumbersome and frustrating to create documents

it has no good points whatsoever. Awful machine, wish I hadn't bought one.

Speed, like the windows 10 much better than 8. Fact you can use both icons & apps. The storage, much lighter to carry & work with. Great graphics.

Nothing to do with product more getting used to Windows 10. I have found the battery life doesn't last quite as long as hoped particularly when lots of updates but to be expected. Over all love laptop

I wanted a laptop primarily for downloading photographs to manipulate before saving to DVD, and for keeping a journal and this works well. It was pretty much the spec. we had outlined - memory, battery life, etc. as I take it on holiday as a back-up...

Unfortunately the mouse is more of a rat - it is incredibly noisy. I use the laptop mostly in the evenings while watching TV with my husband and have to use a 'peripheral mouse' which is a nuisance as there has to be a surface on which to move it about...

fail screen after one week I have always had Toshiba before but now never again unless somebody gave me one

Colour

The edge of this laptop is so sharp it almost cuts into your hand when typing. I have put a piece of sticky Velcro along the front edge,still using my old one the Toshiba is still in the box.
