Simple to use - small numer of clearly defined buttons and jog dial, compact and does the job it was designed to do very well.

Some people might not like the smaller internal dimensions (although it's still big inside compared to some micros on the market) if they're replacing an older, larger microwave.

Great 'value for money', extremely versatile.

Non intuitive to use and user guide is not particularly helpful. Still cannot work out how to use 25% of the features properly even though I have spent 35 years in the computer industry. It is a case of 'trial by error' for more advanced features.
