Its simple to use , easy ,

You have to hold it as you open the door as its SO LIGHT , it pulls the oven along as you try to open the door.

THE ONLY THING I WOULD FAULT IS NOT BEING ABLE TO COUNT IN SECONDS AS IT IS NOT DIGITAL BUT I AM HAPPY WITH IT

We purchased this microwave for a 90 year old who is registered blind! it had to be simple with no fancy features. The dials are very large with the minutes etc very clear....couldn't be better. For the price and what we wanted it to do it represents...

No bad points for what we needed.
