This is a great all-around monitor - I use it for business and watching videos - not gaming. But I've not noticed any perceptible lag. There are a few nits, but otherwise I've been very happy with this monitor (and Samsung products in general).

4/5 eggs only because it's not perfect. It's a Samsung...don't settle for less. If you're looking for a monitor that isn't too bright or super colorful (Easy on the eyes) buy this immediately!

Samsung has been quite supportive in trying to resolve the issue. The unit has a 3 year warranty. Hopefully I'll hear from them soon relative to a refund.
