Why spend upwards of $700 on a monitor? Because it runs at 4K resolution, of course. The pixel density and color accuracy of Dell's new...
Amazing response and color performance right out of the box. Easy fine-tuning adjustments through screen-mounted controls. Versatile and handsome stand. Nice matte finish on the screen
No side-mounted USB. Screen gets very hot. Still expensive

The Dell UltraSharp UP2414Q offers a sharp UHD image, good color and grayscale performance, and a generous feature set, but this 24-inch monitor also comes with a high price tag.
Strong grayscale performance. Accurate colors. Fully adjustable stand.
Pricey. No side mounted USB ports.
Conclusion The Dell UP2414Q is a well appointed UHD monitor that delivers stunning 3,840-by-2,160 imagery, accurate colors, and strong dark and light grayscale performance. It offers plenty of picture settings and is equipped with a nice selection of...

4K monitors from Dell seem to come in two extremes, at least as far as anything with the name “Ultrasharp” is concerned. On the one hand we have the Dell UP2715K Ultrasharp monitor with its 27 inch screen and massive 5K resolution and on the other hand...
Superb color saturation and most other visual specs ; Decent price ; Great pixel density ; Elegant, flexible design with VESA ; High AdobeRGB coverage
A bit on the expensive side, just a tiny bit ; No HDMI 2.0 ; Slow g-to-g response time ; Screen small for some uses
The UltraSharp UP2414Q remains an excellent 4K monitor in terms of its superb visual specs. It's a bit small on screen space but we still recommend it.

Dell now offers three Ultra HD monitors for your consideration. We tested the 32-inch UP3214Q last month. Today, we're looking at the 24-inch UP2414Q. Despite its smaller size, this is still a $1000+ display. Can Dell make the trade-off worthwhile?

Want to work with an extremely sharp monitor all the day long? After all, if you are going to sit in front of a computer for hours on end, you might as well give your eyes the very best. Having a good pair of glasses (if you wear one), and taking...
This totally new Dell Ultra HD monitor has already been listed online on Dell’s official page, which would most probably signal that it is due to arrive not too long down the road. Known as the Dell 4K Ultra HD monitor, or the Dell UP2414Q if you like,...

An outstanding 4K debut from Dell that's keenly priced. Win-win.
Outstanding colour accuracy ; Incredibly sharp ; Excellent ergonomics ; Range of connections ; Not extortionately expensive
So-so contrast ratio and black level ; No HDMI 2.0
This gives you plenty of flexibility to get what you need, particularly the option to save your own presets and quickly switch between them. There are some interesting options hidden away in the menus, too, including an intriguingly titled 'Uniformity...

A superb display, but you're paying through the nose for a mere 24-inches
Super display ; Great features
Very expensive ; Just 24-inches
A fantastic monitor that's a little ahead of its time in terms of GPU and operating system support.

I would buy a second one but I need to find a seller who will verify they will send Rev A01 and not A00
- Rev A01. I received an A01 revision Mar. 2014 manufactured version and that seems to be one of the keys to it having worked well. - Get your own proper displayport cable to drive it. - Works flawlessly with 2014 Macbook pro running at 60Hz and full...
None that I have found

I'm completely unimpressed with 4k monitors at this point when there is DSR currently availible. Not only do my GTX 980 ti's in SLI run games with a higher fps at 4k scaling, I think it looks better on my current 1080p monitor when scaled to 4k over...
It's not a bad monitor, great true-to-life color, but nothing more than that
Dynamic Super Resolution (DSR) on my 1080p monitor looks just as good as this monitor does in 4k, maybe even worse imo
