For some reason, wasnt responding yesterday, but never done this before in about a year and 10 mins later was working again

Slow to boot and access songs. Have to use software to download songs (Anapod Explorer is better than iTunes but you have to buy it). The auto pause function on the headphone jack is temperamental - often goes on pause if you knock the connector so its...

Amount of songs and photos that I can store on the ipod

Confusing when updating the version of itunes on your computer. Not very many instructions in the box. Hard to switch the unit off it always seems to go into pause mode.

Light, easy to transport, good amount of disk space

Scratches easily, battery life isn't overly long, a newer version came out shortly after my purchase which hadn't been announced

Sleek design easy operation easy to transfer songs good support and above all very easy to carry around

accessories not easy to get and are expensive advancedfeatures not well highlighted
