I have been using this dock for almost 4 months. The setup was very easy, and my monitor only has VGA port so the included adapter DVI to VGA was a great accessory to convert. My windows ultra book only has 2 USB, but this dock allows me to expand to 6...

Works as advertised. Running 2 monitors with no lag or problems. Great resolution support. Can run netflix on monitor without problems
None - this thing is great

Regarding the other reviews about poor performance, I'm not sure what they're seeing. I have this connected to my 2013 13" Macbook Air, and two 27" Samsung S27D590 montiors. (Look them up, they're a steal at under $300) I get occasional flicker. That's...
Easy setup. Great performance
included UBS 3 cable is a bit short

Definitely recommend, this item does exactly what we want it to do and the price is very reasonable.
Quick and easy to set up. We use the docking station with several Dell Ultrabooks running Windows 7. We do some tweaking of the native power options but, otherwise, we can just install the drivers and we're up and running. We've had no issues when...
We've had a few of these in service for about six months with no real issues. We found that one particular model of a Dell keyboard simply wouldn't work with the docking station. I'd provide the part number but it was an older USB kb and we have since...

Easy to setup ; Requires little technical know-how driver installation from Kensington
Periodic resolution "mismatch" when frequent dock/undock occurs. I've had to reboot my Surface Pro 2 in order to get external monitor resolution corrected. Maybe a driver issue

Small footprint. Seems sturdy. 4 USB 2.0 + 2 USB 3.0. 2 Display outputs
Bought this for my new Macbook Pro (late 2012 15" non-retina), primarily for the DisplayLink video, but also to use as a "docking station". My two primary problems with this device are that it did not properly pass through the USB output from my KVM...

Very nice, I just guess it didn't have scratches on the front. Just make sure that you use the latest drivers with it.
Installing the latest drivers from Kensington's website on my Surface Pro, this thing worked great. No issues whatsoever
The front shiny part was scratched up. Looked like the factory didn't care about what it looked like. A real shame. Might sent it back and get another one

For a first timer using a docking station and for a first timer setting up a docking station I was super please at the ease, how fantastic it works! I am in heaven using my laptop and a 23" monitor side by side, and the 2nd monitor is on the way now!...
No cons it was a breeze to set up

Nice dual monitor support to allow 3 total screens
Issues with Windows 8, but that appears to be my mistake for use Windows 8

Connected easily. Quick download of Win 8 drivers
Keeps dropping connection on Win 8 Pro ultrabook. Monitor, keyboard and printer all lost. It's like the main USB gets pulled out then back in real quick. NOT acceptable
