Oakley Thump

The future's so loud, you gotta wear shades.

Great sound; excellent earpiece design; USB 2.0; plays DRM-protected WMAs; rechargeable battery; they're sunglasses!

Stiff and awkward controls; shockingly expensive; cheap plastic feel; so-so battery life.

If you can afford it, the Thump is just about the coolest thing you can put over your eyes and ears.

Cool Look, Hot Sounds

Sunglasses that double as a digital-music player may sound like a weird hybrid, but the Oakley Thump is more than just a novelty

Oakley Thump

The Oakley Thump is basically two products combined into one: sunglasses and a small, flash-based 256MB MP3 player. The result of the fusion is a MP3 ...

Quality sound, excellent and comfortable earphones, drag and drop files from PC

Expensive, low storage, buttons awkward and difficult to press, no playback options

The Thump has surprisingly good sound and a real 'wow' factor. But the price is ridiculously high and we just can't justify spending so much on such a low storage MP3 player.
