Great thermometer

 

I am considering buying a second one, it is totally worth the price, especially since it will last you for years (~$20, you're looking at <$2/year...)

So, I was surprised to see this on NewEgg, not because of the product (newegg has tons of categories...) but because I bought mine over eleven years ago. Yes, eleven. I have had it for eleven years, and it still works great. I've taken it on multiple...

Nice Digital Temp Gauge

 

I haven't been able to really test just how accurate it is. But it seems pretty accurate. I have been using this with rechargable 850 mah batteries and has lasted for about 10 days straight so far, not sure how long it will last over all.

Battery powered for outdoor use

Hard to see at certain angles but at least it has a light

Does what it's supposed to.

 

It's got a flush wall mount on it and it matches my white walls. The wire for the probe is 10 feet long so it can go out thru the sliding door to the patio while being reasonably far away so its not affected by the outdoor heat

I wish the wire was about 5 feet longer, but thats not really a product flaw
