Quick and easy to set up on a network. Quiet operation and good print quality.

Genuine Brother consumables such as toner look expensive. The Print Properties dialogs don't look as polished as those from previous Brother printers.

It does exactly what it is advertised to do.

The only real fault so far is a design weakness in that when printing larg volumes of matrerial there is a tendency for it to overflow onto the floor. The little flap at the front is to small.

Very fast to print the first page and the duplexing option is brilliant.. is saving me loads of time and hassle as i create my own double sided worksheets for school!!

Compact size, speed, duplex.

Would like to see auto turn on/off instead of switch on side.

This printer gives good quality output with quite fast first page time. It was easy to set up on my home network and I like the duplex option for saving paper.

Easy to set up. Reliable. Fast. A world apart from ink jet printers. Very impressed.

Would be great if I could do a copy of a document as well, but that's understandably another level of machine.
