The feature-rich Brother MFC-J5945DW is a wide-format inkjet AIO that produces good-looking documents at a very reasonable cost per page.

Low running costs. Above-average print quality. Prints tabloid-size pages. Single-pass duplexing ADF. High paper capacity.

Can't copy, scan, or fax tabloid-size pages.

Bottom Line: The feature-rich Brother MFC-J5945DW is a wide-format inkjet AIO that produces good-looking documents at a very reasonable cost per page.

Brother MFC-J5945DW multifunction printer review

 

Brother's high-spec inkjet MFP means business

High paper and ink capacity ; A3 printing capability ; Crisp/bold text possible ; Reasonable running costs

Low capacity ink included ; Photos lack sharpness ; Cannot scan A3 documents ; Inconsistent print results

This well-specified MFP proves that inkjets have some advantages over laser printers in the small office in terms of cost-effectiveness and flexibility, but there are compromises in speed and consistency.
