It's really quiet while printing, at least compared to my previous photosmart C5100 printer. I love the quality of its printing, and am satisfied with its speedy double-sided printing.

I found it quite difficult to use the wireless service, and eventually gave up on it, and got used to using a cable. But I'm ok with that, because I'm used to cable printing.

Twice the same model failed. First an ink failiure (it didn't say what that meant except to return to HP) then the second printer the paper feed system jammed (not paper jam, the mechanism itself).
