Decent tech support. One of the engineers was wonderful.

15,000 pages per cartridge - No way

 

We bought this printer to replace our aging Xerox N2025 (over half a million pages printed!) While pleased with the performance, the toner yield is terrible. We get about 3600 pages instead of the claimed 15,000. This compares to 12,000 vs claimed ...

Great output, fast, jams infrequently

(First: Know that we're generally a satisfied Minolta customer. We have a PageWorks 20 from five years ago that we like. The PagePro 9100N was supposed to have replaced that unit.) There's really no way to put this delicately: The PagePro 9100 ...
