Denon AVR-3311CI Home Theater Receiver Review

Audyssey DSX Processing, Exceptional sound quality, Amazingly intuitive interface, given the sophistication of the receiver and its numerous features, 3D capable with native support for all of the latest lossless audio formats, No iPod dock necessary,...

Craptastic remote, may I suggest a universal instead?, Not enough channels of amplification to use both height and width channels with DSX, iPhone/iPod Touch app is a little slow

Denon AVR-3311 review

A hugely sophisticated piece of kit, but its sound lacks a little drama

Exceptional media and network features ; overall flexibility ; articulate, detailed sound

Sound lacks a little drama

So nearly excellent, this fine new Denon receiver will have to settle instead for just ‘very, very good’ – a must-hear

Denon AVR-3310 review

The '3310 makes a fine purchase, but it's not quite good enough to trouble the class leaders

Nice to use ; delivers a powerful, purposeful sound ; creates an expansive spread of surround effects

Low frequencies could be tighter ; traces of thickness in dialogue

The '3310 is very accomplished but it just lacks the wow factor needed to justify a full five-star rating

Denon AVR-3311

Excellent surround sound. Video processing is unobtrusive. Great selection of streaming features. Six 3D-compatible HDMI ports.

Stereo sound could be better. Some streaming features unavailable. AirPlay costs extra.

The Denon AVR-3311 offers excellent surround sound performance and a number of compelling features including Apple's AirPlay and 3D video support.

Denon AVR-3311

Almost a year after the introduction of Apple's AirPlay technology – which is an easy way to stream audio, video and photos from a Mac or iOS device over a local network – we're finally being able to buy non-Apple products which support it.

Fully featured; top-quality

Not Wi-Fi enabled; problems with AirPlay

The Denon AVR-3311 is a top-quality AV receiver, with technology that makes your sound and vision hear and look great. But would I buy it for AirPlay? Not yet. Denon isn’t alone in having AirPlay glitches, though; the technology itself needs attention.

The 3310 is very accomplished but it just lacks the wow factor needed to justify a full five-star rating

Denon AVR3310

This may just be one of the most versatile AV receivers we have looked at to date. It not only has a wide range of connection options but it is also catered for the basic and professional user at the same time.

Sounds incredible, Heaps of connection options, Automatic sound setup is easy to do, Video Upscaling, five HDMI ports, Multi-zone, DLNA enabled

Front door is a little flimsy

Denon AVR3311 7.2

I was lucky enough to get this unit for $700.00. Great deal for a great product...at least for the first 6 months. Then the network card stopped working. It would get its IP, though couldn't access any network functions or could it be access via web...
