Technical issues drive you nuts

Recorded programs skip scenes, the sound fades to very low at times, freezes, recorded times are all over the place, technical support is a waste of time because they cannot fix these problems.

Expensive monthly charges with Austar. Hardly any new content available on Austar. Better options

Upgraded to the mystar box on Austar as I was unable to get Foxtell and their version of mystar called IQ. Whilst it was handy to record your favourite free to air programs I found that it was very unreliable and was hit and miss. The worst part was...

Austar Mystar is a expensive on going cost to add to your lounge room. The Channel Packages available only have certain channels most people will watch and some channels are teamed up with some of the less interesting channels.

Can pause and record live tv.
