The BT Youview box is very quick at changing channels and is overall faster than the older model

Comes with a power adapter not all plug like older models

No instructions included with device. Hard to find way around device and all the features as handset not user friendly. Also on line audio no good if trying to look and listen with handset in hand!! Very important to make printed instructions user...
