I agree with the other reviewers. It's so slow to change channels, the program titles are often wrong or from the day before, the program information is usually cut off. Then it scans all the Wollongong channels, which you can't watch. The picture...

DGTEC are Crap

I concur totally with reviewer 1. - Product failed, then replacement failed. - No response to emails ever - Took 5 phone calls before then answered within 10 minutes. The programming menu for programs is fiddly - no option for example to say 'record...

More excuses than a pregnant nun as to why it's not their problem, and I should change my antenna (despite my other digital tuner working fine).

Not much. Maybe the price, but I guess you pay peanuts you get monkeys.

Slow startup, very slow to display updated EPG, slow channel switching, audio cuts in and out when other appliances including lights are switched of or off, sometimes audio lags and is still from the other channel after switching channels. Non existent...
