Awful Product Will Not Work

Purchased June 2014 - Nothing but trouble with this dongle, have downloaded / upgraded info as per customer service team advised on four separate occasions!! The dongle will NOT work, unable to connect to Google Play Store nor other Apps; Ten Play etc....

Good product

Ok so I ordered the product, cost me around $80 with the recent $20 gift voucher I received from kogan (thanks kogan +2 for customer service). After 1 week I promptly emailed kogan as I had not recieved my tracking number, they replied fairly quickly...

Innovative, great for non smart tvs (led/LCD)

Doesn't turn off, major flaw in my opinion
