Pleasant experience to a point
We've had our set.top box for 2years now and its had an absolute flogging. It records well and we do a LOT of recording . The only beef I have is the remote control isn't has hardy as I think it should be. 50% of the buttons no longer work and lately...

Unreliable for the purpose of recording, which is the main purpose bought for. I would appreciate some feedback as to the fault with it.
Good reception as a set top box.
poor menu system. Remote control is not reliable.Appears to record on the progress indicator but states " recording fail "
